º 200 tons marketed yearly Zucchini descends from squashes first discovered in Mesoamerica 7000 years ago.Later it was introduced in
by Starkiss Italy during the 19th century.
Starkiss makes producing four types of courgettes. Production is under cover between december and april,
remaining months in open fields.
Each courgette is cut by hand and carefully boxed in the farm.
